Well the chest is bad, think it could be some winter flu on the way oh and nearly lost my voice yesterday anyhow keep warm and stay calm and well . For now anyhow :-)

Dragon's Den.. On Tour

If you catched it last week they were in Cambridge, checking out Hamfater who have been into Star Radio Cambridge for Amy's Star Talent! Well, tonight I have to say Dragon's Den seemed to be all about re playing the clips from the show! What's that about?!

Deep sleeping

Well thought i would give it a go, there's an iPhone app which claims to get you into a deep sleep fast, tried it last night and it worked!!
It's called "magic sleep" and plays weird music to you.

Worth a go!
I could do sales one day ;-)

Where has summer gone?

So it's dark and cold so is that the end of summer??!!
Here comes the winter with Christmas on the way yes that's right did I mention I have a selection box already!
